Tax Advantages Corporate Tax
If you donate as a legal entity, you can deduct 40% of the amount donated. If you have been donating to Sant Pau for more than two years with an equivalent amount or higher, you can deduct 50%.
In addition, if you are resident in Catalonia and donate to the hospital research, you can deduct an additional 30%; this means that the tax deduction is 100% for amounts less than 250 €, and 70% for amounts greater than 250 €.
